Deleted old one and adding a new updated one:- I’ve been a regular visitor to this cafe for almost two years now, typically stopping by in the evenings after work. I’ve always enjoyed the ambiance and quality of service here. Although some of the long-standing staff have changed, my overall experience has remained consistently positive. There was an issue once by one of their employees behaving very rudely and that might have been the last day for me to come back here but I want to acknowledge how swiftly it was addressed by their regional manager, Vaibhav. His prompt resolution and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Vaibhav! I’d also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Harpreet Singh, a relatively new team member. As a hospitality student, Harpreet applies his knowledge and skills brilliantly, significantly enhancing my visits. His attentive and courteous service has made a noticeable difference, ensuring each visit is both safe and enjoyable. Thank you, Harpreet, for your outstanding contribution! Additionally, I want to mention Elisa, a tenured staff member who has always been a pleasure to interact with. Though I don’t see her as frequently due to my evening visits, her remarkable service has been a key part of my positive experiences here. Elisa is a true asset to this cafe. Both Harpreet and Elisa are invaluable to this establishment, and their dedication truly elevates the overall customer experience.

The coffee shop has an incredibly warm and inviting atmosphere, a perfect 10/10. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making every visit feel special. And the sweetest touch? Their kindness and care truly stand out.

We got coffee and breakfast from here. Chai and green tea. Both delicious. We also ordered cold drinks that we will try later. The order came with happy faces on our drinks and a thank you note on the boxed food. We were pleased to help our Canadian owned coffee shop and pleasantly surprised how good everything was. Everything about this place is great. I came with my partner and we enjoyed some good coffee. She’s not a big coffee enthusiast, but I could tell they use quality beans that won’t disappoint. Strongly recommended!

I haven't been here in a while (1 yr). The place seems to be under a new management and they are really trying to make sure their customers are happy. This kind of service is rather rare at a coffee shop. I had two drinks there today, a small cappuccino and a small coffee. Both were excellent.

Exceptional service by the Owner and all his staff. Frequented this coffeehouse while travelling for 10 days to Calgary. Great food and drink complete with samples of other products.

Really really nice service. I usually get Americano and add a tiny bit of milk and cream on my own. The barista was very nice to notice how little I added so he topped my cup up with hot water which is exactly how I love my coffee. Felt very nice how he cared. Great service. And of course really good coffee.

Kawal is a sweetheart. She’s so polite. Loved speaking with her. She made my drink how i wanted even though it wasn’t there on their menu. Definitely coming here again.
